We are looking for a "Project Electrical Chief” which will work in Project Execution Division of Renewable Energy Investment Department at Head Office in İstanbul with following qualifications, responsibilities and personal characteristics.

QUALIFICATIONS: (MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS)

-          Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering

-          At least 7 years of experience in Wind or Solar Power plant projects electrical works (both in engineering, procurement, subcontractor & supplier management)

-          Speak and write English fluently.

-          Advance user of IT, MS Office (Excel, Word PowerPoint, etc.), AutoCAD, ETAP or similar electrical calculations and design programs

-          Significant knowledge of AIS and GIS type HV Substation, Step-up Transformers & Transformers MV Systems, RMU, AC & DC cabling, LV Switchgear (DC/AC Switchboards), earthing, lightning lighting, Control and Protection Systems, SCADA and Communication Systems and CCTV.

-          Knowledge of special equipment of Solar Power Plant Project Electrical scope (PV Panel, Inverter, tracker)

-          PVsyst usage knowledge

-          Knowledge of special equipment of Wind Power Plant Project (Wind Turbine Generator)

-          No military obligation for male candidates.

RESPONSIBILITIES: (JOB DESCRIPTION)

-          Overall responsible for all electrical scope of the project (especially engineering and procurement activities)

-          Managing and facilitating the detailed design as per the Project Management / Electrical Engineering requirements.

-          Control, Correction, Review and approval of electrical engineering projects, calculations documents and activities ensuring that the Plant is technically compliant with all technical standards, PPA, CA and Grid Code and other critical projects and site physical conditions

-          Works on development of conceptual designs, equipment selections, optimization studies, review and control of calculations and design drawings, specifications, BOQ preparation, cost estimations.

-          Clarify and agree interfaces towards the grid and the grid operator

-          Preparation of RFP packages , Opening of SAP purchase requests and  execution of tender technical evaluations , payment procedures

-          Follow-up of subcontractors and suppliers on all technical, cost , logistics and schedule matters (including progress payment and contract management issues)

-          Ensuring that the electrical engineering and procurement  program progress is reasonable and accurately considers the detailed Design Timeline, key equipment procurement and allowance for commissioning, testing and local Grid Connection requirements
